RINGOES- Joan DiPalma, 73, died on Sunday, February 5, 2017. She was born on October 20, 1943 to the late Vincenza (DiBartolo) and Michael Cuciti.
Joan was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. She previously resided in Union, NJ, Flemington, NJ and Huntersville, North Carolina before residing the past 2 1/2 years in Ringoes, NJ. Joan was a Graduate Record Technician for Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ. In her spare time she enjoyed crochetting, shopping and card games especially solitary. Joan had a passion for all animals. All who knew her will remeber her devoted love for family and friends. She was a kind and loving woman who wil be sadly missed.
Joan is survived by her beloved children Dora DiPalma-Palfy and son-in-law Anthony of Flemington, NJ, Danielle Powell of Richboro, Pa. and Darrin DiPalma; loving grandchildren Nikki Burney and husband Jay, Dominick Frank DiPalma and Krista Powell; and a cherished great grandson Tristan Burney; brothers Salvatore and Michael Cuciti and a sister Diana Cassella. She is predeceased by her husband Frank DiPalma, a son Dominick, her parents, her sisters Lorraine Cuciti and Janet Arabella and a son-in-law Frederick Powell.
A viewing will be Thursday, February 9, 2017, from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ (908) 725-1887. Burial will be private.
