Bridgewater, NJ – Anne Farina, 93, died September 29, 2015. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 10, 1922 to Mary Macchiaverna and Frank DeCotis.
Anne was in Commission Accounting at Chubb Life in Parsippany, NJ and a Supervisor for many years at Graybar Corporation in NYC. She loved bowling and bingo, and was an avid N.Y. Yankee fan. Anne was a kind, caring, generous person, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Anne is survived by her loving sons, Kenneth and Robert Farina; daughter-in-laws, Maria Lucy Sanchez- Farina and Gerri Summa; and four wonderful grandchildren, Mathew, Christopher, Steven, and Daniel. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Patrick Farina (November 15, 1991); her parents; and two sisters.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2015, 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869, (908-725-1887).
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015, starting with a viewing 8:30 to 9:30 am at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Bernard's Church, 500 U.S. Hwy. 22 East, Bridgewater, NJ 08807.
Burial, St. Bernard's Cemetery, Bridgewater, NJ.
