Obituary of Michele L DiCostanzo

Michele L. DiCostanzo, 80, formerly of Raritan NJ, died in Florida on October 15, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Michele was born on October 16, 1936, in Ponza, Italy to his dear parents, Giovanna (Vicello) and Antonio DiCostanzo. Michele was employed as a public safety man and also owned a pizzeria. He was a produce manager at A&P for over 20 years before semi-retiring to Florida. Michele loved spending time at the beach and going out on boats. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will truly be missed by all who knew him. Michele is survived by his loving wife, Gladys Alicia Prieto Sierra, two beloved sons, Michael and his wife Bonnie DiCostanzo and John and his wife Cinthya DiCostanzo, a cherished grandson Shaun DiCostanzo, 3 dear siblings, Joseph Di Costanzo, Luigi DiCostanzo, and Rita DiCostanzo DiFazio. He was predeceased by his first wife, Giovanna Dolorata (Pitoscia) DiCostanzo, and his parents. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, from 9:00-11:00am followed by a religious service at 11:00am at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869 (908) 725-1887.
