I was saddened to hear of Aunt Caryl passing.
My memories of her center mostly of the Holidays spent at Grandma and Grandpap’s. Although the house was FULL there was no doubt that her smile and personality stood out. She was always so up beat.
We recently had some old video from mom’s house transferred to DVD and a visit to New Jersey and a McGinnis/Schiller trip to New York’s World Fair were included.
Great memories.
My thoughts and prayers to all
Steve McGinnis

Caryl was my very dear friend for over fifty years. We met when we bought homes in the same development in Bridgewater. We both went to work for Hoechst Roussel Pharmaceuticals shortly after. Sometimes we would carpool. This one morning, Caryl pulled up into my driveway and the next thing I knew, my son backed his car out of the driveway right into Caryl's car. My brilliant son said he didn't think he had to look in his own driveway.
Caryl and I had the kind of relationship where we felt free to say whatever we thought without any consequences. When I went through a sad time in my life, Caryl was the person that was always there for me. Even when Caryl had a difficult time and moved to another place, we still stayed connected. We always had fun and laughed a lot. I will sorely miss my dear friend.
Rest in Peace, Caryl.

My sympathy to Caryl’s family. I knew her through our common membership to Bridgewater Garden Club as well as Green Knoll golf league. Caryl had a wonderful sense of humor and could really make me laugh at some of her comments and stories. She was a lovely lady and I have fond memories of times spent with her. Sue Murphy
