Obituary of Florence Z. Pacifico

Florence Agnes Zackiewicz Pacifico, 91, died on Friday, March 19, 2021 in Littleton, Colorado.  She was born on December 5, 1929 to the late Karolina and Joseph Zackiewicz in Manville, NJ. 

Florence was married to the love of her life the late Vincent Pacifico.  Together they raised their family of 2 children.  She had various jobs throughout her life.  Florence was employed as a secretary at Johns Manville from 1949-1964 and retired as a receptionist from 1993-2010 from the Light of The World Roman Catholic Church.  She devoted her life to God, her family and friends.  Florence had many hobbies and groups that she belonged to and made many lifelong friendships.  She was a kind and gentle woman who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Florence is survived by her beloved daughter Mary (Cary), loving grandchildren James and Kristine, cherished great grandchildren Brayden and Skylar, niece Jean Pacifico (Bill Urban), nephews John (Linda) and Victor (Nancy) and Michael (Sandi), great niece Megan Alexander.  She is predeceased by her husband Vincent, her son James, her parents, a sister Josephine Alexander, her brother in laws Flory Alexander and John Pacifico and her sister in laws Rose and Dottie Pacifico. 

Visitation is from 1:00pm to 4:00pm Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ (908) 725-1887.  Funeral services Monday, March 29, 2021 beginning with a visitation from 9:00am to 10:15am at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass 11:00am at St. Ann Church 45 Anderson Street, Raritan, NJ.  Entombment St. Bernard Cemetery, Bridgewater, NJ.  To send an on-line condolence visit www.Bongiovifuneralhome.com.
