Obituary of Loretta D Menci
Loretta D. Menci passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 peacefully at home.
Loretta was born and raised on the Wade Farm on Readington Road, Whitehouse Station in Hunterdon County and was the youngest of 12 children. She is the daughter of the late Anthony and Nicoletta Wade.
She graduated from Flemington High School. In 1950, she married her adoring husband Dominick F. Menci of Raritan. They had a wonderful and loving marriage and were inseparable for 53 years until his death in 2003.
Loretta was a devoted and adored wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She was a small business owner for 40 years. Gardening was her great hobby, as well as reading, especially poetry by Robert Frost.
She is survived by her son Frank Menci of Raritan, her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Aram Kratlian of East Windsor, and her grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Michael and Samantha Kratlian of Astoria, NY, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
