Raritan, NJ – Donald O. Shearer, 80, died January 31, 2016. He was born in Bucks, PA on September 28, 1935 to Gertrude and Beanie Shearer.
Donald was a Fork Lift Operator for N.J. Shale & Brick Company in Hillsborough NJ. He was a kind, caring, generous person, and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Donald is survived by his loving children, Paul, Jimmy, Thomas, David Rainey, Elizabeth Kusman, Barbara Sheary, Peggy McKinney, Susie Davis, Linda Gonda, and Donna (Harold) Brown; and several wonderful grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Gertrude Louise Shearer; his parents; a son, Gene Rainey; and a daughter, Helen Skillman.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016, 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home, 416 Bell Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869, (908-725-1887).
Burial is private.
