Obituary of Romeo Villao Caimol Sr.
Nazareth Pennsylvania: Romeo Villao Caimol Sr, age 83, died at home peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday February 28, 2022. He was born in Cavite Philippines on September 27, 1938, to his dear parents Cleotilde and Feliciano Caimol.
Romeo spent a majority of his life in his home country of the Philippines before moving to the United States in 1994. He lived in Phillipsburg NJ for 15 years and later in Forks Twsp. Pennsylvania and settling in Nazareth Pennsylvania. He attended a two-year college obtaining a degree in Aircraft Maintenance and went on to work as a mechanic for Philippine Airlines. Romeo was a spiritual man who was an active member of the Hope International Ministry in Piscataway NJ. He was a gifted musician and was part of the Praise and Worship team at his church. Romeo had musical talents and could play many instruments and his voice was compared to the legend Elvis Presley. He enjoyed playing tennis and softball in his spare time. Romeo was a kind, caring and generous man who loved his family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Romeo is survived by the love of his life his wife of 60 years Evelyn (Javinal) Caimol, his 5 children, sons Ramoncito Caimol of the Philippines and Romeo Caimol Jr. (Rowena) of the Philippines and daughters Roslyn Chishti (Faisal) of Phillipsburg NJ, Grace Taclan (Mariver) of Phillipsburg NJ and Jariza Bautista (Daniel) of Nazareth Pa. He is also survived by the joys of his life his 13 grandchildren, Precious, Omar, Claudine, Cleodette, Linlyn, Roxanne, Sarah, Jacob, Noah, Natalie, Jude, Jonah, and Jeremiah. He also is survived by his loving sister Ester Villao of Phillipsburg NJ.
Romeo was predeceased by his mother and father Cleotilde and Feliciano Caimol.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday March 5, 2022, at 3:00pm at the Hope International Ministry 225 New Durham Road Piscataway NJ. A visitation will take place on Sunday March 6, 2022, between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm at the Bongiovi Funeral Home 416 Bell Avenue Raritan NJ 908-725-1887. Burial will be private.
