Obituary of Jose D. Aquino
BERNARDSVILLE- It is with great sadness to announce the passing of José D. Aquino, age 67, on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
José is survived by his life partner, Nimia Chaparro; his children, José Luis and Sarah Aquino; his two grandsons Lennon and Liam Jiménez; and his 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
José was born in the distant town of Caraguatay, son of Eustaquio and Ezequiela Aquino. At the age of 20 he migrated to the United States where he lived the rest of his life. He was a hard-working man, being the teacher of many in his field.
José was a man of countless qualities, but most important of all, he was an exemplary father and the best grandfather.
Memorial service will be at Bongiovi Funeral Home Friday, March 22, 2024 from 10 am to 12 pm followed by a Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church 111 Claremont Road, Bernardsville, NJ at 1 pm.

A José le sobreviven su compañero de vida, Nimia Chaparro; sus hijos, José Luis y Sarah Aquino; sus dos nietos Lennon y Liam Jiménez; y sus 4 hermanos y 3 hermanas.
José nació en el pueblo lejano de Caraguatay, hijo de Eustaquio y Ezequiela Aquino. A los 20 años migró a los estados unidos donde vivió el resto de su vida. Fue un hombre trabajador, siendo el maestro de muchos en su rubro.
José era un hombre de innumerables cualidades, pero lo más importante de todos, fue un padre ejemplar y el mejor abuelo.
El servicio conmemorativo será en Bongiovi Funeral Home Friday March 22 from 10 am to 12 pm. La misa sera en Our Lady of Perpetual Help at 1 pm
