On the topic of memory, I remember just this last summer when I had a celebration with my mother after she had completed her program. I will always remember that warm summer day. She wanted me to see Doyle’s town, the place she had been for her program. That day we went to get breakfast at a small diner that she really loved then to a museum built into a castle. I will always remember how enthusiastic she was when showing me places that she enjoyed.
Engraved in my mind are the many adventures and misadventures I have had with her. Like the time we went into the woods late at night to photograph the full moon on a walking trail.
I pray she is in the Lords embrace now, as despite anything she had a heart of gold and a soul as pure as silver. We all love her and she will be greatly missed.
